Consumer disputes

If you are a consumer and a complaint cannot be settled with us directly, you can use the Polish out-of-court system for consumer disputes. The Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) acts as the general dispute resolution body where no sector-specific body is competent; for Radom this is the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection in Warsaw, wiih.org.pl. The register of all authorised bodies is kept by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.

Taking part in out-of-court dispute resolution is voluntary. KSP Construction has not undertaken in advance to use any particular body, and says so here rather than implying a commitment it has not made. Consumers can also seek free help from the municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów).

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is no longer available: Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and the platform closed on 20 July 2025. There is therefore no ODR link on this website.
